Hibachi Onsite, its agents, employees, directors, or representatives shall not be held liable to the host or the host’s guests for any property damage resulting from any party held on the host’s premises. For the purposes of this provision, "property damage" refers to any injury to real or personal property on the premises where the Hibachi Onsite event is taking place. Furthermore, the host, on behalf of themselves and their guests, hereby waives any claims against Hibachi Onsite for any loss of, damage to, or destruction of property belonging to the host or their guests, regardless of the cause. This waiver fully releases Hibachi Onsite from any responsibility for property loss, damage, or destruction sustained by the host or their guests before, during, or after the Hibachi Onsite event

Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to inclement weather conditions, including heavy rain, hail, high winds, tornadoes, and storms. In the event of light rain forecasted or occurring, clients are kindly asked to provide coverings for chefs to cook under."

We expect all guests to arrive on time. Our chef can only wait for up to 30 minutes past the scheduled start time. The chef will need to start cooking and performing the show after the 30 minutes grace period. Please note that all food will be cooked together.
